Scott was a manager in the environmental department of Elite Swine from 2001 to 2007. He served on the Board of Directors at the Manitoba Livestock Manure Management Initiative (MLMMI 2004-2018) which funds research that looks at new and innovative ways to tackle environmental issues facing livestock producers.
In 2007, Scott and Cliff started Agra-Gold Consulting Ltd.

Cliff began his career in nutrient management with Elite Swine in 1998 and continued in that department till 2007.

Chris graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Diploma in Agriculture in the Spring of 2010. In 2013, he began his career with Agra-Gold Consulting as an Environmental Technician. He completed the Manure Management Planners Certification in 2014, and his Certified Crop Advisor Certification in 2016. He helps with nutrient management planning, soil sampling and water Monitoring for hog sites in southeastern Manitoba.

Scott Routledge is a beef and grain producer in the Hamiota area, who started working for Agra-Gold Consulting as the Westman Contract in 2007. He helps with nutrient management as well as the soil sampling for the producers in Western Manitoba.

Gary spent over 25 years with Manitoba Agriculture as a livestock engineer. One of Gary’s roles with the province was the chairman of the Technical Review Committee for new livestock operations. Gary has also worked for Maple Leaf Foods as the Manager of the Environmental Department of Elite Swine Inc. designing many earthen manure storages. Gary work in the Interlake region for Agra-Gold.
